HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A TRANSFER?

We recommended booking your transfer as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and timely service. At a minimum, we recommend booking your transfer at least one day in advance.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Service cancellations must be made via email to booking@honesttransfers.com a minimum of 24 hours before the reservation if the service is outside the Andalusian Community, 6 hours if the service is outside the province of Málaga, and 3 hours if the service is within the province of Málaga. Failure to do so will result in the full service being billed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT, TRAIN, OR FERRY IS DELAYED? WILL I MISS THE TRANSFER?

In the event of travel delays, please contact our customer service at (+34) 659013774 or (+34) 680598616. We will rearrange your transfer as quickly and conveniently as possible.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CONTACT MY DRIVER DIRECTLY?

Our drivers always send a message to our clients 12 hours before pickup. That way, you'll be in contact with your driver regarding a specific transfer.

WHERE WILL MY TRANSFER MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT?

Our personalized transfer service will pick you up directly at the arrivals gate. Our driver will be waiting for you with a tablet displaying your name, so you can easily identify him/her.

CAN I BRING ESPECIALLY BULKY LUGGAGE IN THE TRANSFER?

Yes, we can transport special luggage such as surfboards, bicycles, sports equipment, or other bulky items. Simply inform us about these types of items when making your reservation so that we can make the necessary arrangements and assign you a suitable vehicle with enough space.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of payment options for the convenience of our customers, including credit card payments, immediate bank transfers, or cash payments upon completion of the service.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN EACH VEHICLE?

Our largest minivans can accommodate up to 7 people. These vehicles offer ample space and comfort for all passengers to enjoy the journey.

Our 5-seat minivans feature spacious interiors and luxury seats, allowing passengers to enjoy the sunroof.

Additionally, our limousine-style vehicles can accommodate up to 3 people. These vehicles provide a more exclusive and luxurious atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a more sophisticated and private transfer experience.

CAN I BRING PETS IN THE TRANSFER?

Certainly! Your pet or companion animal is warmly welcomed at Honest Transfers and can accompany you perfectly on your journey.
