We recommend reading our Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Rental Conditions, as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood them before your reservation can be confirmed.

  1. This contract allows you to use this website, please read it carefully. By using, viewing, transmitting, storing, or otherwise using this website, the services or functions offered on it, and/or its contents, you agree to each of the terms and conditions outlined below.

    If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any clause of these terms is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses of these terms, which shall remain valid.
  2. The information you provide about yourself will only be used by HONEST Transfers following our Privacy Policy. By providing your age and accepting responsibility, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and right to enter this Contract and to use the website following the terms and conditions specified herein.
  3. It's important to carefully review the details of the reservation upon receiving it. If you wish to cancel or change the reservation, there will be no charge if this is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Reservations cannot be modified within 24 hours before the transfer, exceptions will only be made if there is a change in flight details. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, we must receive confirmation by email or mail from the person who made the reservation. We will only accept confirmation from the person who made the original reservation.
  4. The full payment of the service price is made at the time of booking via bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card.
  5. You must inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. We will make every effort to process all such requests; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled, and we will not be held liable if they are not. You will be notified if your request cannot be honored.
  6. In the event of force majeure requiring the cancellation or alteration of any service due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, HONEST Transfers will not provide any compensation. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays; unplanned protests; organized demonstrations and riots; police operations; unforeseen road hazards; terrorist activity and its consequences, or the threat of such activity; civil unrest; the act of any government or any other national or local authority; industrial action; natural or nuclear disaster; fire and adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control.
  7. When there is a flight delay which results in a wait of 3 hours or more for a client airport pickup, a service fee will be charged in addition to the service provided upon the client's arrival.
  8. Upon the flight arrival, HONEST Transfers will wait for a maximum of 1 hour unless the client contacts the driver or HONEST Transfers to report their delay.
  9. The billing amount for unforeseen circumstances at the airport will be the minimum service fee stipulated for the requested vehicle.
  10. The following criteria will be used to calculate the hours and kilometers of services: the hours and kilometers will start counting from the time and place agreed upon with the agency and/or the client and will end at the location where the service concludes, and the client leaves the vehicle.
  11. Service cancellations must be made via email to booking@honesttransfers.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation if the service is outside the Andalusian Community, 6 hours if the service is outside the province of Málaga, and 3 hours if the service is within the province of Málaga. Failure to do so will result in the full service being billed.
  12. According to Spanish law, R.D. 1428/2003 of November 21st, regarding General Traffic Regulations, it is unlawful to travel with minors without using an approved restraint system adapted to their size and weight. Therefore, customers who do not bring their own approved baby seat or do not request it in advance through the agency (indicating the weight or approximate age of the child) will not be provided with service and will be billed for the full service.
  13. Furthermore, a minor traveling in any of our vehicles occupies one seat, just like any other person, and clients may not exceed the maximum number of seats allowed for each vehicle category (4 in a standard car and 7 in a minibus.)
  14. LUGGAGE: As a passenger, you may carry one standard checked baggage suitcase weighing up to 32 kg (70.5 lbs), with maximum dimensions of 158 cm (62 inches) length + width + height, and one carry-on bag measuring a maximum of 55 x 25 x 35 cm (length + width + height) and weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs) per person. The total dimensions of your carry-on luggage must not exceed 115 cm (45 inches), including wheels. HONEST Transfers advises you to take note that the sedan car trunks can only accommodate up to 2 checked baggage suitcases. If you are traveling with two or more companions, or if you wish to carry luggage that exceeds the free allowance, HONEST Transfers recommends booking another car category.
  15. For clients traveling with children, we offer booster seats and baby seats available for a cost of €5 each.
  16. To avoid potential issues during service, we recommend that clients with a lot of luggage (suitcases, golf clubs, and excess normal luggage) request a minivan for their needs, as other cars have standard trunks. If an issue arises, the client is responsible for paying for an additional car, unless otherwise approved by HONEST Transfers.
  17. The cancellation or modification notification timeframe is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  18. When services already received by HONEST Transfers are resent without clearly specifying this fact in the request email to booking@honesttransfers.com, the agency/client will be responsible for any possible duplications resulting from such resent messages, with each of them being billed accordingly.
  19. The deadline for making claims regarding transfers from HONEST Transfers will be 30 days from the date the service was provided.
  20. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as we deem appropriate and publish the new version on our website; once this is done, all use of our website will be governed by that version. You should regularly review the terms and conditions posted on the website. The terms governing the acquisition of any service will be the terms in effect at the time you make your request.
  21. For any doubts that may arise regarding the application or compliance of this contract, the parties expressly submit themselves to the Courts of Granada, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
  22. By the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you about the inclusion of your personal data in the files under the responsibility of HONEST TRANSFERS SL, authorizing it to process the data to which it has access because of the requested service. The client has the right to object to the processing of any data that is not essential for the provision of the service and to their use for any purpose other than maintaining the PROVIDER/CLIENT relationship.
